Please find below a list and details of the registration fees.
All fully registered participants will receive the following:
- Admission to all sessions.
- Conference pack including the program, abstract publication and other materials.
- Name badge.
- Refreshments during the coffee breaks.
- Executive lunch.
- Welcome Reception.
- Field trip.
Students must provide evidence of student status as part of the registration process.
All registered accompanying guests will receive the following:
- Refreshments during the coffee breaks and lunch.
- Welcome Reception.
Please note registered accompanying guests cannot attend any of the conference sessions.
All attendees must register online.
There will be no onsite registration.
Badges and conference material will be available in the registration area. In order to make this process as quickly as possible we suggest that you bring your confirmation letter with you.
The organization reserves the right to modify the venue if necessary. If an event is cancelled the organizers shall not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the attendees. Speakers and program agenda may also be subject to change.
If you find that you have to cancel, 80% registration fee will be refunded if we receive written notification (email: email@example.com) by September 30th, 2018. No refund after September 30th, 2018. Substitutions, however, will be accepted any time without penalty.
All dates are based on Chilean standard time (GMT -4).
All attendees will receive an email from the registration system indicating their personal information and their unique registration code.
You can get two types of confirmations from the system:
- Registration confirmation with pending payment. This confirmation includes the information and the options to issue the payment process.
- Confirmation of registration and payment (receipt), if you paid online with credit card.
All rates are exempt from tax.
If you need an invoice for your company, university or institution, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the complete information of your company, university or institution indicating your full name, payment method and registration code in order to reply with the invoice.
Full payment should be made via credit card online, and will be processed via Webpay Plus (secure payment in Chile with Transbank company).
Alternatively, the registration fee should be paid in advance to Joint Conference on Forests and Water 2018 via wire bank transfer. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee (you must select the payment term OUR).
All payments must be processed in US Dollars, except Chilean citizens or people with a credit card issued by a Chilean bank.
Please bring your registration confirmation to the conference and present it at the pre-registration counter. This will allow you to spend less time in the registration process.
